I'm genuinely very curious as to why there are no laws (unless there is one that I'm unaware of) tackling and banning the misuse of deepfakes and AI. In my opinion, I feel like regular people should never have been allowed to have access to it at all, it's way too dangerous and nowadays more and more people are becoming comfortable with using it even for silly things which is really bad because it makes the AI more accurate and precise. It's probably too late to prevent casual and meaningless use of AI now but still.. At some point in time in the future, we won't be able to turn back and prevent this and I can only see things getting worse.. Women are always the main target for harassment and crime, and there should really be something in place to protect us and others from it.
