I think ai scraping other people's art is completely fine. Think about it. Artists take inspiration from other artists to produce art, right? Those artist take inspiration from other artists. You can't just materialize art out of nowhere unless you want it to look like a caveman drawing. The same thing is happening with ai art generators. They can't just randomly generate pixels onto the screen, else what would be the point of making them? They need inspiration, just like everyone needs inspiration.
