I don't know that autism counts as a disability but what i experienced is that ai never has ideas like me. I like to go very bizarre with my poses, proportions and colors and I've never seen ai do that. I was curious that can ai make art in the style like mine but i got negative results. I don't know if it says anything to you but i think autism when it comes to art or writing is very useful
Edit: also i think that ai should not be compared to real art. Just like drawing and photographing. They both result in images but they shouldn't be replacing each other. I think the same should be with ai. Ai should replace art it should be its own different thing.
