On a bonus note: no matter what type of medium, traditional, water, digital, in the big 2025 for all of them you don't need much to actually start drawing, at the end of the days all the fancy tools we use in art are just tools, they don't make the art, just help us, art can and will be done with or without them. And from my experience of how I act on it and see others, if you know someone that is an artist, getting yourself into art couldn't be any easier, at last I can say for my case that I'm always excited when a friend asks me for my tablet so he can try to draw something or asks me about what can he do to learn or improve.
