The disability argument is always really weird to me because like... They can't even differentiate physical and invisible disabilities in their arguments.
You either have something wrong with you physically, or you aren't disabled, but even invisible disabilities make it hard sometimes. I have to actively fight against myself just to finish art because my brain cannot stay on one task long enough to finish anything, and its a frustrating struggle that keeps me from really progressing. Medication kills my ability to create new ideas, so I can't even use artificial sources of focus, if I want to make art I gotta just fight against my brain.
All that said, I still choose that struggle over AI. For many reasons mind you, but the biggest one is AI can't accurately depict whats in my head, I've tried it when it was new and it was literally easier to just sketch out my vision than to try and write a short story's worth of description just to get close to my vision in my mind.
Its literally easier and less frustrating to wrangle my monkey brain into a chair to get something done than it is to use AI
