13:16 The only real way AI image gen is more accessible than traditional art is in regards to time investment. Drawing/painting/3dmodeling/whatever you're doing takes dozens, hundreds, thousands of hours of practice depending on what sort of skill level you're talking about. Meanwhile, a couple hours of dicking around with a well-made model via prompting and inpainting can produce something that's at least passable, and a decent amount of said time is gonna be spent doing something else while you wait for the model to produce an image. Lord knows that every AI image I've generated is leagues better than the absolute dog-shit chicken-scratch I'd manage on paper or tablet in the same amount of time.
Of course that one benefit doesn't outweigh the negatives, and anyone actually trying to defend AI generation and present it as anything more than a tool for slop, memes, shitposting, and corporate penny-pinching (or, god forbid, trying to argue it's equal to or better than human-produced art) is a clown on par with NFT and crypto bros.
