My thought is that many companies can’t simply plug “vibe coding” engines into their legacy systems. Because of that, strong full-stack developers will always be needed.
At the same time, there will be demand for engineers who can help companies thoughtfully integrate vibe-coding capabilities into their existing stacks.
And importantly, we will still need experienced developers to fix the issues that automated or vibe-coding systems can’t handle.
