anyone using AI should be forced to pay royalties to any art and wort the used AI has been trained on back to its first bootup.
just like 10 cents. for any fucking piece of anything.
or otherwise the company running the AI can to a bailout for 1k per piece of media ever used in there. a piece may be a sentence (yes, a 'k' as acknowledgement in chat is a sentence), an art peice, a frame of a video. for anything. to the creator.
