For most of my life, I thought like the commenter in terms of those with a gift and those without. I'm one of those without. That's no excuse for using ai. AI is built on the theft of work, many centuries of backbreaking, and hard work. My drawing has improved over the years by following YouTube tutorials and then spending hours doing the various practices that were recommended by people with talent. There is no excuse to steal someone else's work and pass it off as your own vision because you typed some prompts. That's theft and plagiarism.
