This is the problem of perspective. While AI is introduced. It help to boost productivity. Its either the organization generate more value with same amount of peoples or create same value with less amount of people. With AI you can either do amazing idea or move to higher level of the tech supply chain to maintain AI tech stack org. Its not free after all. If some body think that blue collar job will become a trend in by 2030, you are damn wrong. The AI will reach to those area in next few years in the form of robot.
