From a digital artist and writer pov, I despise ai art/stories that’s mostly used to pass as your own. I do my best to look at references or ask real people for how they would describe a scene as my sources and draw inspiration from that.
AI art has been used in places like WotC D&D books and some MtG (picked up by the community and subsequently got roasted and republished with real art after it was found)
Another place that ai was used was a policy made on ai for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) that had a lot of backlash with the same ablest view of using ai during the process of creation. Not sure if it has changed but a massive concern for writers.
