So... I'm using Google sheets to track my chronic illness and mental health symptoms on a daily basis (including the medications I take) and I'm pretty sure they are using that to train their AI as well, but I can't be bothered changing to something else so I've just accepted that they have my medical information and private things about my day because it's also sort of a diary (to help me know what could cause certain things better I give a lot of details about my life).
There is a certain point in life that you realize nothing is private anymore and accept that you cannot keep anything secret from big corporations so you might as well give in and use it for your convenience 😅
