One sided AI viewpoint with Hao’s obvious US experience and therefore understandable focus.
However the other half of the story is Chinese AI development which is only superficially commented on by Hao inferring both a lack of knowledge and perhaps bias.
Also omitted in this discussion is the US military being a major driving and funding source for US AI companies. And how this fundamentally influences AI innovation and development.
