I remember a comment in the movie, the matrix, where they said they had to interject an element of strife and struggle in order to make people believe the alternate reality of the matrix. I feel AI is much the same way. You cannot just give AI all the responsibilities in life and allow people to find something to do, it’s human nature, people will choose to be high/drunk and entertained. Decay will come quickly.
