Earlier in chapter 13 speaks about the 'image of the beast' that speaks and is granted life. It is clearly being fulfilled with AI, the talking image goes on to demand worship while placing the mark on all people so as not to buy or sell. It is the false prophet that comes as a lamb but speaks like a dragon. It performs signs and wonders to deceive and soon will sit in the temple declaring itself as god, in the temple of the Holy Spirit..our body and in our mind.
