Tbh I’m pretty positive the reason why AI scored well on divergent thinking is because AI haven’t formed attachments to objects. They haven’t made the connections yet hang say a clothes hanger hangs clothes. Therefore they will look at it its structure and capability more broad than a human would simply because humans in comparison would think more rigidly because the brains associations to objects and words.
