I think you need to be good at systems analysis to effectively use AI for coding. You need to be able to accurately and efficiently break down a problem into small steps or problems. AI can usually provide decent code for small problems. It cannot provide good answers to hugely complex problems. To many variables and not enough description.
So break it down into the smallest problems and get AI to solve for each one and you wrap that in a framework.
