To be honest I got no idea how to fix the problem, but I like to look at the problem at different angles. Biased data means incomplete data to me, keep studying and try thinking about all the factors, culture differences, and reasons that cause crime.
What if racism itself was the problem, to quote Morgan Freeman, "Stop talking about it... I'm going to stop calling you a white man, and I ask you to stop calling me a black man." Every time we're exposed to these words, it reinforces the idea of that specific racism in our societies. I think it needs to be replaced with a culture of different peoples. Instead of describing a person by their colour, just drop the colour, just man or woman, no need to offer that description straight away, It's not an excuse for injustice anymore.
Try removing skin colour from the AI, mabey the location of errors on maps will show where racism is.
Better education allways works all round.
The law always needs to change how they apply the law and harder penalties for criminals.(Im Engish so im not touching American gun law with a long stick).Remove 'legal for a price crimes' and I'm willing to bet people would drive better if everyone could only get one licence?
