Idiot men and boys have been superimposing celebrity heads on naked bodies for decades. I'm not sure why any woman would be overly upset by this. It's her face but not her body; AI doesn't give the user some superpower to know what she looks like under her clothes. So it's just a realistic, speculative rendering. No one seeing this image believes it's really her. If someone did this to me, I would laugh at him/her.
