A built-in delay and unaccountable AI filtering what CS is even hearing: What could possibly go wrong?
Also, how does this account for people who have had strokes and similar medical issues? Just because some people talk loud or strangely does not mean they are angry.
More frustratingly, this is treating a symptom, not the problem. The act of _needing_ to call is what makes people angry. Not addressing *why* those calls *need* to occur is the problem.
