I for one refuse to speak with A.I. on matters such as banking or dealing with companies. If they are too cheap to employ skilled & trained people I dont need them...
Generative A.I. can & will evolve, but when & where with some of the best models being opensource. So how are they going to save money? cutting jobs. Consumers purchase as they have expendable income, no job little no income... Think a five year old can do the math on that.
