I'm a professional photographer with hundreds maybe thousands of photos available online and I've been playing with gen Ai and it's amazing to behold. I couldn't expect it to cite every influence it had to consume to become so performative. Nor if I loved a song that I could expect the artist to list every influence experienced on the journey to creating it. These paid models will always loose out to open source and thus we are contributing to the greater Ai as a whole. One can only be flattered by any imitation, even if by ai.
