Its sad but true that more safety features a car have, the more ignorant the driver gets. People tend to lean on technology when they are lazy, which causes errors like these.
Sure human errors are probably more probable, but Im fairly certain the AI's errors could be avoided if the one in front of the steering wheel would focus more.
