AI call centre chat bot will have emotions? But can’t it just predict by learning - this is what an emotion is and recognise it and has a rule to respond appropriately. That is, I understand your emotion but I don’t feel anything about it, or empathise with you about it. I just compute it’s not profitable according to my teaching and learning.
