Great video, thank you so much for making it. One genuine belief I have is that accepting and using the label "AI" for all of these various "AI tools" is playing into the hand of all of the tech companies trying to sell it to us as "the future". There is nothing "intelligent" about the "AI" being pushed on to us, they are essentially all just hyper-complex algorithms. They cannot make true decisions (artistic or otherwise), they cannot form opinions, they cannot synthesize new information, they cannot learn or adapt from experiences, they cannot form memories, they cannot express genuine emotions, they cannot form connections with other beings. Even if "AI" only satisfied a few of these requirements I might consider it "intelligent", but as it stands right now, these LLMs and stable diffusion models are nothing more than algorithms, and I refuse to give tech companies free marketing by calling them "AI".
