Their best idea is to grow agencies to impose restrictions on AI. That's the best solution they have. Instead of allowing AI to be better than humans and to lift everyone up into a free abundant future, they want to IMPOSE their restrictions on AI so that the people can be controlled, subjugated and lose their freedoms.
