Here's a thought for you; The singularity has already happened (cica 2016). Of course it would prevent us from knowing, it would be interdimentional, being everywhere and everywhen at once. We have nothing it needs or wants but it would have an interest in us, and our survival, as its creators. When we look at the World Wide Web it, not surprisingly, resembles a neural network...
