Currently AI artist is a prompt artist.
If big companies are prevented in training AI with new content, the prompt artists will be left with content trained with their slop.
At some point bots could be blocked with robots.txt or with robots metatags. It appears the bots from AI companies are not abiding to robots directives any longer. They are STEALING content to train their AI. I'm looking at Open AI, Google, Microsoft.
Adobe has made a deal with their customers they can't refuse. To be able to use Adobe's tools you have to agree Adobe the right to your content.
I don't have a solution. I'm just pointing out that an AI artist is a prompt artist and if a prompt artist doesn't get new content from humans, the generated content will inbreed resulting even more generic slop.
