I cannot care for this admin, but Federal regulation of AI makes way more sense than State regulation. This seems like a relatively obvious move. Not sure how much debate is really going to come about on this - especially when the biggest concern (data centers in places where locals do not want them) is taken care of in this regulation. Feels like an, "okie dokie, carry on" moment.
