As a disabled artist who has arthritis drawing can sometimes be painful if im having a flare up however it dosnt take away my ability to draw there are also disabled artists out there who learned to draw with their feet to express themselves I also feel like putting a prompt into ai isn't really expressing yourself since you are actually the one putting the ideas into a physical form I believe anyone can create art even if they have a disability they just have to find a more creative way than an able bodied person could create art which is harder but that just means they don't give up on what they love and they are a lot more creative at doing things than able bodied artists so I think everyone has the ability to be an artist
