I find it ironic (though not surprising given how they operate) that techbros have zero clue how AI works and think it's sentient or can actually recognize stuff. It is an algorithm (and should probably be called algorithmic intelligence instead of artificial) makes guesses based on probabilities, it has no intent in it's "decisions" and never will. All of the current models tend to gravitate to the most generic possible output, be it text or images. There is a parameter called temperature that governs models "creativity" ( and I use this term VERY loosely) basically by introducing randomness, if it's set low you get very accurate but generic output, if it's set high you get more AI hallucinations (pun not intended)
