Hey @rossmanngroup, there's a video by Benn Jordan called "Breaking The Creepy AI in Police Cameras", and he shows there's no security systems on the local cameras. If you skip to 13:18, he explains how Flock Safety surveillance cameras can be accessed via Bluetooth and has WPA2 encryption. Within a few hours per camera, anybody with a modern gaming GPU can access all of the footage. Thus, not only can the police surveil the movements of random or specific people with or without a warrant or proper justification, so can anyone with a gaming laptop and some coding knowledge. This could be useful information for that meeting the Austin City Council pushed back by a month until late September.
