A full self-driving car should be able to do a scandinavian flick on a dirt track. It should be able to do the same level of driving that's been wreaking havoc on NYC roads, but without a risk of crashing. It should be able to go down Mt. Haruna in less than five minutes. Otherwise it's just a really, really dumb digital taxi driver who's also high on something.
