I use AI a lot, and treat AI like a trainee. Useful for the mundane things. It gets things wrong a lot, but it gets things right too. I think "polite" is a relative point of view. I've found sometimes you have to be a bit more assertive (or over assertive) because sometimes it repeatedly goes well out of scope. My simple formula somehow is a completely different formula for a different purpose. Yesterday I said, "Where are you off to? Are you coming back? Because you're clearly going somewhere different to where I want to be." Some would consider that impolite, but it got the idea and stayed on track... for the day. So worth it.
