@Kamikaze_Shortbus I as a software developer and educational author had to train myself thousand of hours to be able to write open source code, tutorials and educational books with my own two human hands. Now that data is being used without my consent in a way that undermines my own best interests. The question: Why is it OK that you use ChatGPT to write your Javascript, why is it bad when I use ChatGPT to generate graphical elements for my software? Oh, and why is it bad for others to use generative image AIs, but it is OK when you use them to upscale your images? Remember, something like MidJourney is extremely similar to a state-of-the-art upscaler and trained on the same data.
