I trust AI more then human beings, espicially the ones i went to for "help" which they didnt give and even overheard them laugh at my problem. AI doesnt judge you nor looks at their watch every second. I will gladly use AI as will a lot of folk like me and i can see why therapists might get angry over it as itll lose them money but all i can say is tough!
