I think there will be some sort of resistance. Everyone I know just about hates calling a business number and getting automated prompts. I literally just say "representative" to talk to a human. I think it will be the same thing with therapy as well. We as a society will still need human interaction for some things. But yeah the overall majority is looking pretty dim.
