Creative works should never be used by AI, save for summaries and small details, never the full work nor the intellectual property of said work. When it comes to scientific research and studies, that should never ever be behind a paywall, and if those researchers and scientists are getting paid purely by those papers being bought to be able to be read fully maybe there should be more attention towards the funding that goes behind these papers, but that's just crazy and zany.
