The only thing that will be able to out-smart AI is MORE INTELLIGENT AI - increasing levels and layers of AI, BUT there ALWAYS has to be the ability to distinguish "good" from "bad", "right" from "wrong", there HAS TO be a DECISIONMAKING STRUCTURE / STACKING (PRIORITISING).
HE WHO CONTROLS THE ALGORITHM CONTROLS THE NEW WORLD ORDER & THE NEW WORLD!!
