All computers ever created combined aren't even close to this number. Even when you are asleep, with just 10 watts of power, your brain, at the speed of neurons alone, with a single dream, you've created a reality so vivid, so real, it's impossible to recreate by every computer on earth combined. If an AI could somehow be hooked into your brain while it happened, even it would have difficulty keeping up with a billion AI computers working simultaneously.
That's how fast the brain works. It doesn't have to calculate or process. No cpu, memory, or massive power demand. It just created artificial reality and all you did was sleep.
