I really appreciate the fact that you do not call what generative AI does as art, because it really isn't. I think image is much more of an apt term, given its mechanical and robotic nature. Ultimately, AI image generator and all the issues surrounding AI just seems to be the logical endpoint of late stage capitalism. Efficiency above all else and no room for pause.
