We're likely moving towards an ownership economy, much like the stock market. That will be the private version of UBE, which will likely be better due to responsive decentralization. During this robotic rise people, along with groups of people (everything from churches, charities, entrepreneurs and even activists) will gather to buy robots to rent out to each other and corporations, at which point the influence games will begin. Boycotts and the like will act as the enforcement arm to keep this new economy in a fragile balance of Owner, renter and influencer. Gun enthusiasts will become robotic enthusiasts which if protected should also keep the threat of violent revolution in play, never mind cheap drone swarms, this to will have a bit of an arms race to it and will quickly become a major political point for would be tech tyrants. The same will be true with AI. It's gonna get wild. Religion will also make a major comeback due to both a sense of purposes and the idea of human only concepts and principles which could be the only thing that might actually counter the logic of replacing people.
