Dearest Prof Hinton, may I remind you you are a scientist and the point of view you have comes from extensive scientific knowledge. Then, how come you go on the media saying that plumbers will last more than lawyers, period??First, may I add, you’re not really sure about this. Second, even worse if you were sure, you are a scientist who is advising young people to be plumbers rather a than lawyers, doctors, engineers, computer scientists…You’re against people and well on the side of Big Tech Billionaires: a mass of low-level education, particularly in scientific fields, is their dream.
