I have been using AI in law and the gap with AI that I see is decision making. Someone has to determine if a risk is acceptable for a certain activity. For example, if you are a newer company you will probably accept a lot more risk to obtain a customer. Maybe you will accept a lower profit margin for other growth opportunities with the customer.
