If you think “this” flirting AI is gonna be able to replace customer service jobs, you’ve never worked in a customer service position or even have a slightest idea about how customers contact customer support…. 😂😂 - and yes, I am a customer support representative (almost 5 years now), worked for various projects and trust me, AI can “help” a lot; but won’t be able to “replace” it - at least not yet….
