Why would they not be allowed the usage of copyright material, Is it public information? Yes, Can anyone view it? Yes, So then why should it not be included? Its not breaking any copyright laws. Furthermore, what gives you the idea that they are hijacking etc anything? Its called LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL. Pretty hard for that to function without access to the language.
