I am learning how far this goes, but I'm not in it. Sadly I was on facebook for years, but I've deleted all my old posts and unfriended most of my contacts. They censor and now people are demanding authors not be published and actors not be hired if they speak out on important issues. I rarely go on there. I don't accept any updates on my phone but what is done automatically. I don't have blue tooth in my car or Alexa in my home. Still there is tons of info they can get on me, but I tell you they can target me with anything. It doesn't matter. I buy almost everything used. I do sometimes have to buy emergency stuff for my house and occasionally have to get it from Amazon, which is a company I hate.
