Spot on with all of it. As a former soldier of 10 years, I can tell you why no one disobey unlawful orders: they are severely punished, career ended forever. The onus MUST be in those who write the orders. The top down, nit from the bottom up. Will never happen though. People think uts cool to have AI make decisions. Relieves them of the responsibility to think. It is disgusting.
