It's technology made by bums for bums. I think that part of the charm in art is to appreciate the effort, the technique and time taken among other variables. I remember Hiroshi Kobayashi, character designer of the game Rumble Roses, whom was paralyzed from the neck down and he used his mouth to hold a stylus for drawing... THAT is amazing. There are people with no arms drawing and painting with their feet. There's no such thing as talent, anyone can draw but those people are just lazy, those are same that are constantly looking for ways to make money without making an effort or plainly acting like mobsters. If they were aplied people they should have taught ai to draw the way we do, you know? Forms, volume, line, colour theory, etcetera, but no, they just steal images for the machines to do a graphic soup for a lazy butthead who typed and clicked a few times. The only way out of this is to go full blown Sarah Connor on their asses, or the servers where those things are hiding, are at least do what China is about to do; any person using those technologies will have to be fully identified and the resulting images will be clearly watermarked as artificially generated, to take all the "panache" from them. I think that's what pisses me off the most, the sense of entitlement those pricks have right now, for doing absolutely NOTHING.
