I think your argument against inspiration falls flat. Your point seems to be "I tell people what inspirations I take and AI doesn't". Sooo if AI did then it would be the same?? What about people who don't? Are they "ghoulish and disgusting"? To me AI training is the exact same as inspiration. Like sure, you can ask an AI to generate a replica of an image, but a person can do the same. I didn't really get your point with the whole replicating an image thing.
